REWARDS FOR PARTNER LEVEL With a pledge of $500, we count you as a potential business partner of Wind-Do Inc. First, rewards for pledge at partner level will include everything proposed at other pledge levels. In addition: -You will receive a credit of $1,000 for a purchase of wind turbine from Wind-Do Inc. This credit may be change for a 5% discount on order above $100,000. - Everyone that give a contribution at partner level will received in time a sale kit of Wind-Do wind turbines, and a contract that guarantee a commission in cash for every sales start and close by the partner. On request, a Web training will be available, and our marketing team will actively support you at every step of the process. Note that this is not a permanent job offers; retribution is base on success only. Some may have a few good contacts (even the corporation you working for) and done a good commission for one or two network wind turbines installations. Some other may use this as a smooth job shifting, as revenues may be very interesting. - This offer applies also for partners outside Canada. If you can favour business relationship within Wind-Do and corporations in your country, success fee will also apply. Note that appropriate contract must be signed before you start anything. - A corporation with a large field, a city or any organization that contribute at partner level may apply for a short-term installation of our wind turbine demonstrator on his land. Priority will be give for organizations that had pledge in first. Some transportation expenses may apply, but all the electricity produce will be give at no charge to landlord. - All suppliers of goods or services that will have pledge at partner level will be contact in first for any needs of Wind-Do. You are responsible to offer your services after the pledge. Note that this apply also for products and services outside Canada, and include those who may be interested in licensing partnership of Wind-Do Products in their country. It is important to state here that a corporation cannot propose purchase of shares directly to public, which we do not consider as a fair law, but we must respect it. We can propose share to corporations and accredited investors only. Those who are qualify may ask, with appropriate declaration, for our private placement memorandum (PPM), which will stay valid for two months after the closing of the crowdfunding campaign. Qualify investors will also received a monthly updates of Wind-Do progress, physical and financial. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ALL PLEDGE WILL BE 100% REFUND IF WIND-DO DO NOT REACH ITS CROWDFUNDING OBJECTIVE. |
